Age group 14 years and above
“SENIORS” program runs two to three times a week, and is available to all senior members who are aged 14 years and above. Our Senior classes cater from separate Beginner level (White Belt) through to Novice (Yellow Belt), Intermediate (Blue Belt) and Advanced (Red/Black Belt and beyond) levels.
Our Junior and Senior members also have the option to train together in some instances if they choose. For example, a junior member can train with Mum and Dad in a combined Junior & Senior Class on the weekend, which means a lot less running around for our parents and provides a great experience for the family.
