Welcome to City West Taekwondo, a leadership school with a successful, long standing martial arts system for our members and dedicated athletes.
Well-known for our professionalism and proven success, here at City West Taekwondo, we continue to both pave and lead the way in martial arts throughout Melbourne and Victoria’s western community.
Our club founder and head instructor, Mr Frank De Pasquale, is a well-respected 7th Dan Blackbelt holder in Taekwondo and qualified Physiotherapist. Our club was first established in 1997 as there was a growing need for quality facilities and instructors, due to the sports’ ever-increasing popularity in Melbourne’s western suburbs. With our leading full-time Centre based in Hoppers Crossing, and part-time facilities located close-by at Point Cook, Seabrook and Manor Lakes, our club is the home of many wonderful local sporting heroes.
We are a community club with strong values and family-centred focus, and take much pride in developing our students to help them reach their full potential, not just as martial artists, but as valuable members in our growing community. As a club, we not only provide mental and physical stimulation for our members, but we also encourage and promote confidence through member participation in demonstrations and competitions from club level, through to state, national, commonwealth, international and Olympic level.
All our programs are specifically tailored and classes are conducted in a safe, fun and friendly environment by qualified Blackbelt instructors, who pride themselves on a solid commitment to the development of all members.
Our lesson plans are structured to help ensure efficient and highly skilled learning of self-defence and martial art techniques that engage and develop our students and instructors.
At City West Taekwondo, we are not just a martial arts club, but also a family. We provide an atmosphere that is welcoming, enjoyable and a space for you to become the very best version of yourself.
